Problem:
Multiple vendors hosting multiple sites - need integration of sites to a single vendor. Need backups and web analytics.
FirstLink Solution:
Partnering with FirstLink allowed NEFE to consolidate services provided by seven different vendors into one central location.
We provided them with 24/7/365 monitoring and support for their production sites, staging areas and databases.
We integrated a website analytic tool based on their specific needs to report unique web traffic, as well as marketing and web accounting management.

Problem:
Need assistance to define direction of web presence with relation to physical store locations.

Technical consulting, co-location of hardware with redundant power and internet access and website hosting was the first order of business. We then created a custom middleware program to manage products online based directly from their POS machines in the retail locations.
