Their engineers have programmed our Cisco PIX firewalls and router and setup our wide area network. Firstlink is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with from a relationship perspective. We have maintained close communication with their technical people and they always respond to our requests immediately. Someone is always available when we have a pressing need. The engineers always provided us with high quality service, and it is unusual for problems to come up... I know them personally and they have a sense of urgency about our projects. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a company with which to do business.
