FirstLink Solution: We provide co-located space for the Pet Doors USA servers. Redundant power and internet bandwidth provide a solid platform to maintain their business. After many years their website was falling behind today's standards. FirstLink initially recreated the previous site with a fully customized E-commerce solution. Based on the clients needs, multiple secure transactional mechanisms are utilized allowing for retail and wholesale login and purchasing. We helped Pet Doors USA achieve greater purchaser assurance through the integration of a third party website security monitoring service. We provide backup and disaster recovery solutions in place for all aspects.

Client: Premier Ventures, INC

Problem: Multiple vendors for each restaurant. Integration of all sites under a single sign on interface for management. Multiple user authentication levels for delegation of site maintenance to on-site personnel.

FirstLink Solution: Consultation meetings allowed us to understand how we could be most beneficial to their everyday business needs. We provide internet access to all their physical locations, initial network set up and outsource IT support. A complete e-mail solution that can be customized for integration with any or all restaurants matched to a single account. Helped set up a mainstreamed process to handle all ordering and purchasing for the four restaurants delivered to a single system. All accounts payable are centralized to cover all subsidiaries and eliminate guess work with bulk ordering. When the time came to modernize their web presences FirstLink took on all four sites. Unique look and feels were created for each of the restaurants. Complete content management tools allow them to easily update menus or daily specials, add events to calendars, and create photo galleries. There are other manageable aspects that depend on the type of restaurant and web presence they are looking to portray. Updates and further tool integrations are always available based upon expanding needs.
